At DRAPD, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier availability and location.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC, depending on your location and order size.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed at checkout)
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on smaller orders, which will be clearly shown at checkout before payment

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale periods or festivals
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Courier delays beyond our control

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. DRAPD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
